TV On The Radio to jedna z najbardziej wpływowych i ukochanych przez krytykę grup ostatnich lat. Kluczową pozycją w dyskografii alternatywnej grupy jest wydany w 2008 roku album „Dear Science”, który dziś wymieniany jest w czołówce najlepszych płyt pierwszej dekady XXI wieku. Do fanów eklektycznego brzmienia zespołu należał m.in. David Bowie. Swe uznanie wyrażał też Trent Reznor. W listopadzie 2014 roku premierę miał piąty i jak dotąd ostatni album TV On The Radio, „Seeds”.
